Short version: we keep what we need to send you your order and run your Undrscore. We do not sell any of it. Ask us and we delete it.
What we keep
- Your account: your email, your name, your phone and the address you give us for delivery. Your password is never stored as you typed it.
- Your orders: what you ordered, how much it was, how you chose to get it, and whether it has been paid and delivered.
- Your Undrscore: your Stock Points come from your orders, and we keep what you have redeemed and which card skin you picked.
- What you make and save: the fits you build, whether you posted them, what you saved to your wishlist, and the fits you reacted to.
- If you wrote to us: your email if you asked to hear about new stock, your answers if you filled the Ladies questions, and your name and contact if you asked about VIP.
What we never keep
- Card numbers. We do not take card payments — you pay by Interac e-Transfer or in cash, so there is nothing of that kind on our side.
- Your location, your contacts, or anything from your phone.
- We do not sell your information to anybody, and we do not buy anybody else’s either.
Who else sees it
- Our own database and the company that hosts it. Nobody else.
- When you post a fit to the wall, everyone can see it: the fit itself and your first name. Nothing else about you goes public — not your email, not your last name, not your orders. You can unpost it any time from your account and it disappears from the wall.
What you can ask for
- To see everything we have about you.
- To fix anything that is wrong.
- To delete your account and everything with it.
- To stop getting our emails, any time, without giving a reason.
- Write to us and we do it. You do not need to explain why.
If you are under 14
- Ask a parent before you create an account. If you already made one and your parent wants it gone, write to us and we delete it — no questions.
